How To Achieve Beach Waves at Home
Beachy waves are so easy to create yourself at home, ‘especially if you are going for the ‘straight from a day at the beach’ look, with that amazing matte texture and messy waves. Plus minimal styling is required…definitely an added bonus. Just follow this simple tutorial and you will have gorgeous surfer girl hair in no time.
- Towel dry your cleanly washed hair as much as possible.
- Spritz the hair liberally with a sea salt spray.
- Comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb and section.
- Wrap each section of the hair into twists and pin in place on the top of the head.
- Allow to dry naturally – or if you are in a bit more of a hurry blast with a hairdryer and let the hair cool.
- Un-pin the twists, shake them out, and comb through with fingers.
- Finish with a shine spray if you choose and there you have it, perfect beachy waves.
